Watching For Deer

There's all kinds of things going on at the Hollow. There's the seasons changing, the way the creek travels changes from storm to storm, there's the wildlife, and then there's the elves and the fae, and other beings. Now and again I am able to capture a picture of one of the beings most folks never see. I think because we've been at the Hollow for so long now, they let me see sometimes, and now and again they let me get a picture. So it's really not my skills as a photographer, but the fact that they allow it (:
So, on a cool autumn morning, I was thrilled when I saw this young Elfin gal watching for the deer that come through here in the morning and again in the evening.
The figure is one made for me by my friend Nancy (at npauling.deviantart.com) and I painted clothes her and the photo for the background is, of course, from the Hollow.
